REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation before the project starts.

• Once work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or in progress.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Digital marketing campaigns

• Paid advertising spend

• Strategy or consultation services

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

• Service has not been started

• Duplicate payment made
